INSOMNIA ISTERICA/VOMITUOS DISCHARGE "Split"

Il DemoCD in questione inizia con i sette brani degli Insomnia Isterica band proveniente dalla Svizzera, dal ticinese.
Il gruppo in questione non è cristiano e in questo "Split" ci propongono un grind dai risvolti a volte “comici” ma comunque sempre ben suonato; i testi parlano dei problemi della nostra società, un pò a modo di denuncia verso le cose che non vanno, mantenendo la chiave ironica che ci sta.
Inoltre tre brani del lavoro sono cantati in italiano; da segnalare la presenza di vari intermezzi parlati tra una canzone e l’altra, probabilmente presi da qualche film, che restano in tema con tutto il concept dell’album.
Chitarre e growl sporchi e un po’ di scream, accompagnati da una batteria che picchia… questa è ‘Little Bitch’ pezzo che apre il lavoro degli Insomnia Isterica, molto forti le parole: “Come fata sbarazzina divulghi il tuo ardore / fasulla danza d’esibizione, i finti gesti raffinati / sotto il tuo manto una vita in piena confusione / ricopri il fastidio con il volgare per non affrontare / La tua non più verginità divulgata ogni giorno / l’immagine che curi é una menzogna dietro al reale / che non vuoi accettare per non essere “normale” / gli interessi e le ambizioni sono il mostro da cui ti nascondi”.
‘Sui Vostri Volti’ è un prepotente giro di chitarre accompagnate da un growl misto a scream e davvero un bel pezzo; questo è il testo completo : ” È sui vostri volti che é disegnata la discordia/ di una vita da soffrire e di pensieri osceni / Dentro ai vostri occhi le perversioni isteriche / dalle vostre bocche le sentenze più ipocrite / E vi sentite bene, sotto il sole delle vostre certezze / ma vi lamentate nella nebbia delle debolezze / La difficoltà nel fare fronte all’incredulità delle ingiustizie / la facilità a tollerare l’idiozia dei vaneggiamenti di un falso profeta / Dormite con gli occhi aperti, sognate con il cervello spento / handicappati per volontà / Agite con le mani insanguinate. Respirate ogni stronzata con le orecchie sporche.”
La successiva ‘The Master Bate’ si apre con un intro davvero divertente per poi sfociare nella solito violenza sonora dei nostri.
Prepotente growl, e sound che picchia duro, come le parole di ‘Disprezzo’: "Vomito per esternare il mio disprezzo / Il mio totale senso di ribrezzo per la tua presenza / Assoluta mancanza di rispetto per la tua morta vita del cxxxo / Continua a perseverare nella tua merda senza pensare…”
Gli ultimi due pezzi sono delle cover, ‘Until It Bleeds’ dei Agathocles e ‘Stimmung’ dei Cripple bastards.
Passiamo ora al lavoro dei Vomitous Discharge. One man christian goregrind band, proveniente dalla Germania il progetto Vomitous Discharge nasce dal genio musicale di Gag (Gerfried Gehmann) eclettico personaggio del panorama estremo della musica cristiana.
Unico membro della band e allo stesso tempo chitarrista, cantante e batterista in questo split con gli Insomnia Isterica, ci offre dieci pezzi di grind veramente interessanti. La sua è una lotta musicale contro il peccato, tutto ciò che è male e la perversione del mondo!
Sound grind decisamente più classico rispetto alla band svizzera, e di estrema potenza che mette in mostra le doti, le qualità artistiche di Gag. Brani di durata veloce che suonano un po’ con lo stesso stampo, alla lunga un po’ monotono.
Da notare una curiosità, i 10 pezzi di questo lavoro non hanno testo non hanno parole, è tutto il messaggio (estremamente forte) della band è racchiuso all’interno dei titoli di ogni singola traccia, in classico stile christian grind!
Però, l’assenza di una voce, di una parte cantata può incidere in negativo, ma non toglie le ottime qualità di questo lavoro! Vomitous Discharge non è un nome nuovo all’interno del mondo estremo del metal cristiano, e con questo Split si conferma come bella realtà.
Infine da segnalare la veste grafica del DemoCD, uscito in 100 copie con una copertina semplice ma di forte impatto.
Ultime parole, per questo Split…un disco consigliato a tutti gli amanti del genere, ma non solo! Il DemoCD in questione è un bel modo per avvicinarsi a sonorità “estreme”.

The demoCD starts with seven songs of Insomnia Isterica , band coming from Swiss, from Italian canton. This band isn’t christian and in this split they propose us a grind music with implications sometimes comics but always well played; the lyrics talks about the problems of our society, a little bit like a denounce toward the things that don’t go in the right way, continuing to maintain the ironic key that is always cool.
Moreover three songs of DemoCD have sung in Italian ; I have to signal the presence of various talked interludes between a song and the following song, probably taken by some movies, that remain in theme with all the concept of the album.
Guitars and dirty growls and a little bit of scream, accompanied by a drum that beats… this is ‘Little Bitch’ , piece that opens the work of Insomnia Isterica, very strong the words: “Come fata sbarazzina divulghi il tuo ardore / fasulla danza d’esibizione, i finti gesti raffinati / sotto il tuo manto una vita in piena confusione / ricopri il fastidio con il volgare per non affrontare / La tua non più verginità divulgata ogni giorno / l’immagine che curi é una menzogna dietro al reale / che non vuoi accettare per non essere “normale” / gli interessi e le ambizioni sono il mostro da cui ti nascondi”. ‘Sui Vostri Volti’ is a song with a pressing round of guitars accompained by a growl mixed to scream and really a nice piece, this is the complete lyric: ”È sui vostri volti che é disegnata la discordia / di una vita da soffrire e di pensieri osceni / Dentro ai vostri occhi le perversioni isteriche / dalle vostre bocche le sentenze più ipocrite / E vi sentite bene, sotto il sole delle vostre certezze / ma vi lamentate nella nebbia delle debolezze / La difficoltà nel fare fronte all’incredulità delle ingiustizie / la facilità a tollerare l’idiozia dei vaneggiamenti di un falso profeta / Dormite con gli occhi aperti, sognate con il cervello spento / handicappati per volontà / Agite con le mani insanguinate. The following ‘The Master Bate’ opens with a funny intro and then flows in the usual sound violence of this band.
Overbearing growl and sound that beats hard like the words of ‘Disprezzo’: "Vomito per esternare il mio disprezzo / Il mio totale senso di ribrezzo per la tua presenza / Assoluta mancanza di rispetto per la tua morta vita del cxxxo / Continua a perseverare nella tua merda senza pensare…”
(trans.: I vomit to express my contempt / My total sense of disgust for your presence / Absolute missing of respect for your fxxxxxg death life / Continue to persevere in your shit without thinking …”)
The last two pieces are two covers, ‘Until It Bleeds’ of Agathocles and ‘Stimmung’ of Cripple Bastarda.
Let’s go right now to the work of Vomitous Discharge.
One man christian gore grind band, coming from Germany , the project Vomitous Discharge born from the musical genius of Gag (Gerfried Gehmann ) eclectic character of the extreme panorama of the Christian music.
Unique member of the band and in the same time guitar player, singer and drum player in this split with Insomnia Isterica, he offers us ten grind pieces really interesting. He fights against the sin, against everything is evil and the perversion of the world!
Grind Sound decisely more classic than the swiss band, and it has extreme power that shows the capabilities, the artistic qualities of Gag. Songs with fast length that plays for a while in the same time, with the passing of time monotonous for a while.
I have to notice a curiosity , the ten pieces of this work don’t have a lyric, they don’t have words, it’s all the message (extremely strong ) of the band has contained inside the titles of every track, in classic style christian grind !
But the absence of a voice, of a sung side , it can engrave in negative, but it doesn’t take away the excellent qualities of this project!
Vomitous Discharge isn’t a new name inside the extreme world of christian metal , and with this Split , it confirms itself like a beautiful reality.
At the end I must signal the graphic cover of the work, come out in 100 copies with a simple cover but with a strong impact.
Last words of this split … a disc suggested to every lovers of this genre , but not only ! The DemoCD is a good manner to approach to “extreme” sonorities.
